Odette is the lady who runs the laughter yoga sessions (Day 105) – she also does gong meditation which is where I heard about this. It involves lying on a mat, under a blanket with an eye mask and pillow while various sounds and gongs are played. It’s unbelievably relaxing, in fact I think I fell asleep on several occasions through the hour session. There’s something about the sounds that resonates and you can feel it wash through…..its hard to explain, but I recommend it for anyone wanting to unwind. Thanks again Odette.
